This is possible with Budget, Chic, Drive & Thai Rent, depending on distance from the depot. On Phuket Island, Budget now deliver for a fee, whereas others may charge. Due to Covid, a lot of depots have been closed, but Budget still have the most options, and so the best if need make a change of drop off, before or after rental has started.
Payless Car Rental do not offer a delivery service.

One Ways free with Budget for 3 days or more.
Depots and distances apply, but if want 1 or 2 days rental, then fee of THB3250 will apply, so cheaper to rent for at least 3 days (or at least 2 days and 3 hours) and return early, but no refund. Not apply if vehicle being collected, opposed to depot return.

Chic are free for 5 days or more & Thai Rent 7 days or more.  Drive & Sixt charge fees regardless of rental length. Payless do not allow one ways.

Whereas Drive & Thai Rent have Zero Excess rates, but also cheaper rates with an excess of THB5,000

Changing Return Date After Collection
Half way through you trip, and decide to extend your stay? No problem, as subject availability, this is usually easily done.

​However, if need return car early, then most suppliers will adjust price accordingly (except Thai Rent, who do not refund early returns).

Credit Card & Lead Driver
When booking through the above Fastcarhire site, you can use a debit or credit card to pay the fully refundable (prior collection date) booking deposit. But the balance is then paid on arrival to the supplier by credit card, so no financial worries about missed flights, Covid changes etc. On vehicle collection, the lead driver must have a credit card in their name.

Debit cards not currently accepted (Budget used to, but changed back to just credit card or Diners (no Amex with Budget).

If not got a credit card, then if someone else who does, can sign the paperwork, you can still drive the car, and they not need be in the car, as car is insured.

No Cancel or Amend Fees
Book through above Fastcarhire portal, and need cancel prior to collection date and get a full refund on the deposit paid, and as pay on arrival, no lost money risk.

When make a change to your book, we do not charge a fee, with the only possible extra cost, being if number of days rental changes.

This rule does not apply to bookings booked through the booking engine below, where cancellations are free up to 48 hours before, and no shows can result in losing all your money.
